Can I use a Virtual Office as my registered address?

Can I use a Virtual Office for my Google pin?

Yes, you can use a virtual office for your google pin. Although the business centre will allow you to add your Google pin, this does not be they take any responsibility for google accepting this request, their rules are constantly updating.

Can I add multiple businesses or trading names on one account?

Only 1 Business name & 1 trading name can be added to a single plan, these must show under the same ABN.

We do however offer a 20% discount to those account holders with multiple businesses or taking multiple locations.

What if I already have my own phone number?

No problem, you can simply forward your existing phone number to the number issued by the business centre

What are the operating hours and what happens after hours?

Calls are answered 08:30-5:30pm Monday - Friday (Except public holidays). 

Outside of these hours calls will go through to a personalised voice mail. Any message left by the caller will be sent to your nominated email address.

What is the contract cancellation clause?

This Agreement will automatically renew on a monthly rolling basis. Agreements may be ended on the last day of any calendar month by providing written notice by the last business day of the month prior. E.g. if you want your service to end on 31st October, written notice must be received by the last working day of September. VOA offers no exceptions to this rule.
